Before the course starts
You're entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first session.
After the course starts
- If you cancel after attending only one session, 70% of the course fee is refunded.
- After attending two or more sessions, no refund is issued, but the enrollment can be paused and resumed within 3 months.
The trial session
The trial session is completely free and requires no payment, so it isn't subject to the refund policy.
How to request a refund
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with the student's name and enrolled course, and we'll respond and process it within 3 business days.
